Symptom narrative

10-weeks now since vaccination. Upper left arm continues to be in great pain from certain movements. Also, range of motion is limited, compared to prior to vaccination. Arm pain never stopped after initial injection. Results: sleep losss, pain, & physical limitations with left arm. Rotator cuff injury has been ruled out. Tried Urgent Care 1st. I have since been seen & x-rayed by Orthopaedic M.D., visited with my Primary Dr. (Internist). I have been instructed to take Advil & prescribed 650mg Tylenol, but neither offers much relief. I am currently prescribed & participating in Physical Therapy and have completed 4-sessions to date. I will continue PT, and I will be following up in 1-week with the Orthopaedic provider, Dr. He may, or may not, reccomend a Cortisone shot. After 10-weeks, I continue to be in signifigant pain and have limitations on the movement of my left arm. I am otherwise, active and healthy for my age. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in October 2019, and had successful surgery to remove the prostate gland in February 2021. I have been cancer-free since then. I have never had an adverse reaction to a vaccine before this. I am very concerned that these adverse symptons from my RSV vaccine may be permanent or chronic.
