Immediately after vaccine injection I had serious shortness of breath; ME CFS; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 69-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), on 14Mar2025 at 14:00 as dose 1, single (Lot number: LP1776) at the age of 69 years, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Drug allergy" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: known allergies: Yes. The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: DYSPNOEA (non-serious) with onset 14Mar2025 at 14:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "Immediately after vaccine injection I had serious shortness of breath"; CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME (non-serious) with onset 14Mar2025 at 14:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "ME CFS". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of dyspnoea, chronic fatigue syndrome. Clinical course: Immediately after vaccine injection the patient had serious shortness of breath. Not like asthma. Asthma meds did not help. On Prednisone for 48 hours to address. Additional symptoms since. Now have symptoms like ME CFS.
