A 79-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), in Jan2021 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and in Jan2021 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Prostate cancer", start date: 2020 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: prior to receiving covid-19 vaccines.; "Has received 43 cycles of radiation" (unspecified if ongoing); "Blocked arteries", start date: 2020 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: had minor blockages prior to receiving covid 19 vaccine; "protein on heart" (unspecified if ongoing); "cancer" (unspecified if ongoing); "ringing in the ears" (unspecified if ongoing); "Has gotten hormones" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Past drug history included: Vyndamax, reaction(s): "Anxiety"; Vyndamax, reaction(s): "fatigue". Vaccination history included: Get vaccine for common cold every year. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "Had to go back for check up, that is when had covid/Wound up with a very bad cold, it was suspected to be covid". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19. Clinical course: Patient is a 79 year old male that started after receiving the vaccine, all of the sudden wound up having cancer and blocked arteries. Has not gotten the energetic feeling that used to have. Prostate cancer was notified prior to receiving covid 19 vaccines. Has received 43 cycles of radiation. Blocked arteries and cancer both started about 5 years ago, around the same time, but blocked arteries became more involved thereafter. The 4th one was done 14Feb2025. Clarified as stents. Did the first stents which required nuclear testing to monitor. Found still had blockages and found another. Later in call, patient stated had minor blockages prior to receiving covid 19 vaccine. Minor blockages did not require any action. Had to go back for check up, that is when had covid. Went unnoticed, in 6 months ago because of breathing, had 3 stents Aug2025 (as reported). Shortness of breath started first, sometimes it is worse and sometimes better. Maybe accepts it better, but then the emotional part sets in. Has not gotten the energetic feeling that used to have. Wound up with a very bad cold, it was suspected to be covid. Was put on antibiotics. Does not recall name of antibiotic. Have to be crazy to take these vaccines. It was the original vaccine, patient would get vaccine for common cold every year, except the last 2 years. With cancer, it is a shock to the mind and body. Overlook all the incidences. Like hurting the thumb on the right hand, and then hurting the thumb on the left. You forget all about the right hand, don't pay attention. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 will be requested and submitted if and when received.
