no adverse event; ROTATEQ was administered to a 9 month old on 03/20/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse referring to a 9-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 20-Mar-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), (lot #2073367, expiration date: 26-Nov-2025), administered by Oral route as prophylaxis (dose, and strength not reported) (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). There were no reported signs/symptoms of adverse effects (no adverse event).
