Symptom narrative

Systemic: Chronic raspy voice/Temporary loss of voice-Medium, Additional Details: Patient says 5 days after receiving both vaccines she developed a raspy voice that has not gone away. She also said she loses every voice every day at around 3 to 4 pm. Patient's ENT has examined her throat but found nothing irregular. Patient said she has had blood tests and a chest X-ray but nothing explains her symptoms.
