Previously administered products included Shingrix (A patient received the first dose of Shingrix 09-JAN-2020). On an unknown date, the patient did not received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: has not yet received the second dose).
