a severe case of pneumonia; a severe case of pneumonia; This is a spontaneous report received from an Other HCP from a sales representative. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PNEUMONIA (hospitalization, medically significant), DRUG INEFFECTIVE (hospitalization, medically significant) all with onset Feb2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "a severe case of pneumonia". The patient was hospitalized for pneumonia, drug ineffective (start date: Feb2025). The information on the batch/lot number for pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) will be requested and submitted if and when received.; Sender's Comments: Vaccine efficacy varies from person to person and is affected by many factors. The association between the event lack of effect/drug ineffective (pneumonia) with the suspect product PNEUMOCOCCAL 20-VAL CONJ VAC (DIPHT CRM197 PROTEIN) cannot be fully excluded.
