Symptom narrative

The patient stated that she had severe soreness and stiffness in her arm a few days after receiving the vaccine that has persisted over the last few months. The patient perceived that it may have been due to the location the vaccine was given. She sought medical treatment from her provider due to the persistent soreness and he prescribed the patient medications to help with the pain and stiffness and suggested physical therapy .
