Symptom narrative

03/21/2025: Swollen face and forehead. Itchy forehead, swollen lip on left side. Pain in hands. 03/22/2025: swollen chin, swollen hands, cannot close hands or move fingers. Red hives on left arm, extra swelling and pain on left hand.
