Symptom narrative

Approximately 4 days after he received his vaccine back in January 7, patient had episode of lethargy and decreased responsiveness. Lethargy lasted for approximately 24 hours. She did not contact us about that specifically but the emergency room doctor told her that this felt to be an adverse reaction to the vaccine that he had received.

This got so pronounced that she brought him to the emergency room. He was seen evaluated there. CBC was normal. BMP was normal. LFTs normal.
