On 14-MAR-2025, the patient received Priorix (right deltoid). On 14-MAR-2025, less than a day after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced tremor limb (Verbatim: right arm shaking), inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Inappropriate reconstitution technique/gave the patient only sterile water instead of the vaccine) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate reconstitution technique/gave the patient only sterile water instead of the vaccine). The outcome of the tremor limb was not resolved and the outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
