Symptom narrative

He had pain and burning right away. Red and hot to the touch skin plus swelling started soon after the vaccine and got so bad the next day he could not move his arm. We went to the doctor on day 2 (Saturday, March 15th) and Dr. said it was a histamine reaction.

Zyrtec, Flonase, Multi Vitamin

Allergies

Amoxicillin. He had a similar reaction to the 4th and 5th dose of the Dtap vaccine as he did with the Menveo vaccine.

Patient also had a similar reaction of swelling and pain at age 2 with his 4th dose of Dtap, I'm pretty sure it was Daptacel, th
