Patient developed shingles on 3/20/2025. He has required prolong hospitalization and IV acyclovir. Pediatric ID consulted as well as Dermatology

PMHx significant for BPD/CLD, CRF with ventilator dependence, impaired airway clearance NEC with bowel perforation and resection, congenital hydronephrosis with UPJ obstruction s/p ureteral stent placement, adrenal insufficiency
