On 07-Feb-2025, the patient started therapy with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), (lot #X002058, expiration date: 19-Jan-2025) 0.5 mL, administered by Subcutaneous route (expired vaccine administered), as Prophylaxis. It was reported that the vaccine was administered by a healthcare professional according to the instruction leaflet. No adverse event reported. The reporter stated that they were looking to reach out the patient's family to have the patient went in 6 weeks for re-administration.
