Symptom narrative

Both Injections were placed in the left shoulder Bersa instead of the muscle tissue. This resulted in immediate high level of pain. After pain continued for a couple of weeks medical attention was sought. It was determined that the injections in the Bursa had resulted in considerable inflammation. The inflammation caused a high degree of pain during movement of the arm and limited use of the arm. Several visits were made to the Bone and Joint Clinic where cortisone was injected along with prednisone being prescribed' Once the prednisone ran it course the pain returned. Every week that passed I kept hoping the arm would get better but it has not improved. I still have limited use of my arm.
