Symptom narrative

after member received the vaccine the following started: nausea, dizziness, pain in the shoulder blade, tingle in the fingers, cold extremities, paleness, tachycardia, high blood pressure, extremities weakness, body tremors, numb tongue, speech difficulty. at first doctors taught it was a diabetic emergency but blood sugars were normal range, Emergency Doctor auscultate mu heart and found the S2 delayed. After the event patient still has the following symptoms. Numbness of the arms and neck, tingle of the fingers, burning sensation on the shoulder blade.
