Symptom narrative

RN gave patient vaccines. Patient went to waiting room while his sibling was vaccinated. Within 10 minutes, patient started vomiting. Patient's mother then said patient was not feeling well and had not eaten anything all day. RN gave patient water and nutrigrain bar and continued to observe patient for several minutes. Patient then said he was feeling ok and wanted to leave. Patient's other sibling does have chicken pox and Patient was exposed to that child as well.

Current illness

None confirmed. Sibling has chicken pox and patient has been exposed to sibling.
