A 70-year-old female patient received COVID-19 Vaccine - Manufacturer Unknown, as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: COVID-19 (life threatening), DRUG INEFFECTIVE (life threatening), outcome "unknown" and all described as "I had COVID, I was all - I had to admit to the ICU". Clinical course: The caller said, "last time when I had COVID, I was all - I had to admit to the ICU because it went really serious. That was the time when COVID first came, and I had only the first shot. So, when the COVID came, right. The first time, so it was two shots, I only got one shot. And before I got my second shot, I got infected. And I had to be in ICU for like a week.
