Symptom narrative

Lying in my bed I heard a popping sound from my left arm. I have severe pain in both shoulders as well as my clavicle and wrists. I also have severe bone pain throughout. My shoulders come out of the socket when I turn them a certain way and it is excruciating and then directly after that severe weakness, whichever arm. I also have fingers that lock up this is very painful and I have to actually manually correct them. Oh good Lord
