Symptom narrative

So I can?t remember the name of the doctor who administered the vaccine. The one I listed is my doctor now who specializes in MCAS. I had anaphylaxis. Temporary paralysis, extreme fibromyalgia, difficulty breathing, hives, heart racing, fatigue, nerve pain.

A lot of antibiotics, polysorbate 80, PEG, gluten, dairy etc
