Symptom narrative

Two weeks after vaccine administration (3/19) I began to have intense pain/burning on left hip and fanning all over anterior left quadricep area and inner thigh. Three days later (3/22) followed eruption of a few skin lesions on left hip/thigh, progressing to full red vesicular rash following L1 and L2 dermatome patterns; left sacral and buttocks, left hip, thigh. Sought care for progressing rash with lesions and intense pain on 3/25/25 and diagnosed with Shingles. Currently in treatment with Valacyclovir and lesions continue to progress as of today's date (3/27/25) all throughout the L1 and L2 dermatome map. Continuing to follow with medical care as of today; not yet in recovery phase.
