Symptom narrative

The evening it was swollen and sore. The next day it was swollen, painful and had fever. 2/13/2025 i took a 9 hrs vacation trip. Pain driving due to pain in upper left arm.

High cholesterol, heart palpitations, diabetes in remission, menopausal

Pantoprazole SOD DR 40 mg tab, Estradiol 2 mg tab, Bariatric Advantage Multi vitamin chewy, Bariatric Advantage 500mg calcium citrate and IU vitamin D3 chewy bite, miralax, iron 45 mg, fiber well gummy

Lab data

2/15/2025 visit medical center and Dr. said it was Cellulitis and was given prescription for Celphalexin 500 mg 4 x daily for 10 days. After weeks of pain and discomfort in left arm where injection site. 2/27/2025 I seen my family doc and he said I have tinnitus from the shot. We r going do Xrays tomorrow morning 8am and steroid shot in left shoulder
