Symptom narrative

The mother of the patient noticed a nodule that appeared on the patient's left thigh 2 days after receiving the vaccines. She reports that the patient had inflammation but no swelling, redness, or fever. The patient had an appointment on 3/27/25 for a weight check, and during this visit, the mother brought up the concern about the vaccine reaction to Dr. The doctor could not feel the nodule during the exam, and the mother reported that the nodule has since gone down. However, she thinks it's slightly there. In addition to question 20, The doctor believes the patient has recovered from the adverse event, however, patient's mother thinks it's still slightly present.
