soon after vaccines patient became pale and parents called nurse into room patient had notable pallor, but comfortable breathing and no respiratory distress appeared blue around lips per parents, but no cyanosis noted by nurse or physician pink coloring with laying supine, pale when held upright, O2 sats 99-100% throughout no retractions or grunting or tachypnea
