Symptom narrative

Patient was vaccinated around 4pm. That night, she experienced, swelling, redness, tender to touch. By Wednesday, the rash seemed to have traveled down her arm to about 6 -8 inches from the injection site. She put an ice pack on and contacted her prescriber, who issued her antibiotics, pain meds, and a steroid dose pak Thursday. It doesn't seem to be as red, and painful as when she just got the vaccine on Monday per her report.
