Symptom narrative

muscle paralysis, difficulty lifting or using left arm. difficulty applying pressure or holding anything with left arm. nerve pain and tingling in in left hand. muscle weakness, exessery muscle soreness. had to wear an arm splint for pain relief and support. No muscular inflammation or pain initially following vaccine. Muscle paralysis began less than 24 hours after vaccine administration in left deltoid/shoulder area.
