Symptom narrative

Patient reports small injection site reaction (few cm wide red marking) on 3/26. By 3/28, reaction had spread to entire lower half of bicep (7inches wide by 7inches tall). Patient reports slight burning sensation, swelling and warm to the touch. Patient reports taking Benadryl with no relief.
