Symptom narrative

Patient received adacel and capvaxive in the left deltoid on 3/28/25. Patient reported on 3/30/25 that her arm was red-streaking down arm, sore hot and itchy. No other symptoms were reported upon further questioning. Told patient to use ice, ibuprofen and benadryl for symptoms and to check in with pcp tomorrow when opened from the weekend or sooner if symptoms progressed in severity.
