Symptom narrative

Patient came into pharmacy wanting the Tdap vaccine. It was not caught that patient had received the vaccine on 7/24/2024 and vaccine was administered. Pharmacy Manager tried to reach patient but got voicemail and had to leave a message. Pharmacy will continue to try reaching patient and error has been reported properly through our Corporate Office.
