Symptom narrative

Started noticing some numbness on bottom of foot around 3/10/25, noticed numbness tingling in hands approximately 3/14/25. 3/19/25 started noticing numbness tingling of felt all over and hands worsening along with general overall weakness. 3/21/25 legs worsening tingling and numbness also progressing up to above ankles, very weak specifically right leg. Experienced a fall 3/21/25, 3/22/25 could barely support body weight, unanable to walk without shuffling feet. 3/24/25 numbness progressed into the peri area

Medical history

Spinal stenosis, excessive daytime sleepiness, cold urticaria.

Other medications

Modifinil 200 mg 1-2 daily, gabapentin 400 mg 1 cap 2 times daily, esomeprazole 20 mg 1 capsule daily, tramadol 50 mg as needed, diclofenac 75 mg 1 tab 2 times daily, cetirizine 10 mg 1 tablet 2 times daily, multivitamin daily, thc infused
