Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Mild, Systemic: fatigue-Mild, Additional Details: +Facial rash (mild), lower extremity muscular pain and fatigue. Mother reports that the patient experienced the rash on the face and other symptoms 3 days after receiving the Pfizer Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccination, which was administered 3/13/2025.
