Symptom narrative

Shortly after receiving the vaccine, I experienced unusual and significant bleeding at the injection site. Within 24 hours, a large, dark bruise developed. On March 23, I began experiencing numbness in my vaccinated arm, which continued for 5 days. I have never experienced such symptoms with any prior vaccination. What concerns me even more is that I later discovered, through the documentation I received, that the vaccine was administered by an intern. At no point was I informed or asked for consent to be treated by an intern. Furthermore, there was no supervising pharmacist or licensed medical professional visibly present during the injection. This means the intern performed the vaccination without my informed consent and without direct supervision, a clear violation of Codes R. & Regs. where it specifies "A certified pharmacy intern may only administer immunizations under the immediate personal supervision of the certified pharmacist" and section (a)(5)(v) where it specifies that "a certified pharmacist shall not allow a certified pharmacy intern to administer immunizations unless the recipient is informed that the pharmacy intern will be administering the immunization and the recipient consents to administration of the immunization by the certified pharmacy intern"
