Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Additional Details: patient called 3/26/2025 complaining that her injection arm was still swollen, red, hot and burning sensation that started later in the day after receiving her vaccine and has continued for 5 days so far and seems to be getting worse with no relief. She is following up with urgent care or her physician.
