Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Nausea-Severe, Systemic: Vomiting-Severe, Systemic: Weakness-Severe, Additional Details: Mom of pt called complaining that pt had severe nausea/ vomiting and flu like symptoms. Unable to keep down food/ liquids and so dehydrated and pt is a diabetic so had to end up going to the hospital
