Symptom narrative

About 3-4 weeks after Moderna booster for Covid,( J&J done in 2021 with no issues, I developed severe left ear tinnitus and moderate right ear tinnitus. It is acute and doesn?t ease up.

Sleep apnea, pcos/insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, gastric ulcers, asthma
