Symptom narrative

Patient called today and reports she has developed a lump in her muscle that she describes "as a sausage that is hard as a rock" that expands expands across her neck, down her shoulder and on her arm on the right side of her body. She says it is swollen and painful. Patient reports she has been experiencing this for about a month. Patient reports that she has seen 5 different providers and they are not sure what it is. One provider has suggested she get a procedure done.
