Symptom narrative

16 hours after the vaccines, the next day, 8:30 am patient had 45 second seizure. Went to the ED and she had a fever 102deg. Otherwise was not ill. Recovered quickly. Diagnosed with febrile seizure. Already followed by neurology due to history of another similar seizure 6 weeks prior. EEG normal. Neurology does not want to start medication. patient fully recovered

one other seizure, 45 seconds, without fever, had upper respiratory tract infection at the time, EEG normal, 1/11/25; neurology did not want to start medication for seizures

influenza and COVID 2/25/25: negative; also urine test was clear
