Symptom narrative

This was 4th COVID shot, all Moderna: 1/11/21 (027L20A), 2/10/21, (024M20A), 10/31/21 (058F31A), and 5/6/22 (057M21A). Starting mid summer 2024, began feeling significantly greater fatigue during mild-to-moderate exercise than usual. This has continued to present.

Mild-to-moderate sleep apnea

Daily multivitamin, glucosamine/chondrotin

EKG, ultra sound, heart cath with stress test in 2024. Diagnostic sleep test Feb 2025.
