Symptom narrative

- PEVNAR 20 vaccine administered on 3/26/25. - Onset of symptoms began on 3/27/25 with mild malaise, followed by a low-grade fever, myalgias, and flushing. - Took Tylenol for symptom relief. - Persistent fatigue and malaise over the next few days, with significant weakness on 3/30/25. - Erythema and induration at the injection site noted on 3/31/25. - Denies pruritus, oral swelling, or dyspnea. - Current symptoms include dizziness and headache.
