Symptom narrative

Patient states that they started having symptoms day of. Having issues with bending arm down to use wheelchair and getting comfortable to sleep. She has tried Tylenol and ibuprofen without relief but does get some relief with her tramadol. There is no redness at the sight or any type of symptom of an infection. Pharmacy called patient's PCP to discuss their recommendations for patient beyond OTC medications.
