Left ear canal pain, discomfort, left external ear dysesthesia (bug crawling sensation), left temple headache. All symptoms persisting as of the date of this report, 2+ months.

2/28/2025 PCP office visit, treatment left ear topical drops ciprofloxacin/dexamethasone. Without effect. 03/07/2025 PCP office visit treatment course of Prednisone 20mg twice daily for 5 days and Zithromyacin 250mg 5 day course. without effect. 3/21/2025 ENT visit. excluded ear infection as cause of pain. Referral to Neurologist - currently awaiting appointment
