Symptom narrative

When baby arrived home from vaccination he was fine but the following day by the morning when I was going to change his diaper there was a huge red lump/bump on the left thigh bigger than a golf size ball. I tried putting cold compress but baby would not let me touch it. For that weekend he was just on diapers because we couldn't put any pants shorts or other garment due to the size of the bump he would cry every time he would accidentally touched the area. He continued to be in pain and Tylenol was given. I stopped Tylenol because I did not wanted for the baby to be on medicine all the time.
