Patient notes she starting feeling pain her joints not previously felt beginning on March 29, 2025. Patient notes it "literally feels like my bones." She identifies "pinching feelings" in her lymph nodes on her breasts and armpits, and she also identifies that she "periodically feels a prickly sensation never felt before" on her skin, this began around March 27, 2025. She notes that she feels the symptoms have continued to evolve since they initially appeared. She is also experiencing "seeing spots" that are "very bright flashes of light like someone has shoved the back of a Mylar balloon in my face." She notes multiples instances of dizziness requiring her to lie down. She feels "like I've been plunged into old age overnight." She declines any family history of arthritis. She notes she has started experiencing arthritic pain that is limiting her mobility in her fingers.
Patient reports feeling healthy at the time and leading up to the vaccination.
Mild intermittent asthma and Raynaud's disease
Patient reports that she does not take any medications or supplements.
Penicillins, cat hair and dander, and horse dander
