Symptom narrative

patient fainted follow vaccine administration for approximately 4 minutes. He stated he has done this before after a vaccination due to anxiety and lack of sleep. Ambulance was called but patient and sister requested it be cancelled. He stated he feels great after he became responsive again and had no problems at all. He was sitting up and eyes open just not responding to commands and staring at the floor during the event.
