Symptom narrative

She notes on Sunday she began to experience fatigue, nausea and diarrhea. Also having headaches, but notes not atypical from her baseline headaches. Patient seen on 31 March 2025 at medical treatment facility. 1 April 2025, after day off from work, she notes feeling better including fatigue. Unable to definitively associate her symptoms with vaccine as could also be from acute illness.
