Symptom narrative

Pt was seen on 2/21/24 for MCW and given Engerix-B in right deltoid. Pt states he had "normal" soreness in the right deltoid Friday afternoon/Saturday that improved. He is right-handed and was able to pain over the weekend and Monday/Tuesday. Limited ROM that progressively got worse Monday into Tuesday. Pt is able to stretch his shoulder/arm and took Tylenol which seemed to help. He has also been using a heating pad and this also helps.
