Symptom narrative

Patient called to report not feeling well, nausea, pain in left arm that radiates into her back and neck, all symptoms on the left side. Pt directed to call 911. Upon arrival of EMS, pt indicated she had taken an aspirin, symptoms resolved, refused transport.
