" Monday late afternoon and evening I developed a headache, which continued yesterday along with body chills, body aches, soreness, fatigue, hot/cold chills, and a mild fever which eventually lessened. Today I still have some continued symptoms, knowing that these will lessen, and am continuing my training at the hospital, however I wanted the team to know what had occurred in physical symptoms. "
