Symptom narrative

Six-8 weeks later she contracted an infection with very severe gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting and diarrhea) that incapacitated her and lasted for a week. Almost immediately after, she began having extremely severe shoulder pain whereupon in August 2022 she was diagnosed with a Pancoast tumor, 7.9 x 7.7 x 7.5 mass in the left lung apex. She was given a short time to live and died January 2, 2023.

Osteoarthritis; hypertension; hypothyroidism

CoQ10, Garlic Oil Capsule, Grape Seed Oil, HydroChlorothiazide 25 mg, levothyroxine, Lutein, Omega-3, Tylenol, Zinc 140mg
