Symptom narrative

Soft stool following shot. Fatigue & feeling generally unwell 3/20-3/23. Adverse event: Febrile seizure 3/24. Ambulance, & ER visit. Negative for Flus, RSV, COVID, etc. released from ER. General unwell feeling. Severe diarrhea started 4/1 and persists currently 4/2.
